UC Pro has a 4 to 6 month period from order to delivery.

Default power available on your throttle is the motor default i.e. 750W. Upgraded power with the X1 is only available on the pedal-assist by default. De-restricted throttle enables that power at the throttle as well.

Yes, we offer discounts to vets on the UC Pro if you send an email with a picture of your photo ID.

Kindernay XIV is an internal gear hub that is more efficient and has lower maintenance. We will offer Kindernay VII starting December 2021.
