We are proud to pioneer custom paint jobs on super e-bikes. When you configure your Hydra, you can mention the single / double color in a text box provided. You can pick any color from cerakote.com and mention the codes in the configurator. Alternatively, you can pay for custom color while configuring your Hydra and send a picture of the pattern / color you want to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to work with you to your satisfaction! If you can dream it, we can paint it!
We have not limited the speed with the software. So technically, there is no maximum speed limit. However, we recommend following your local laws and adhering to the safe rider limits (28 mph).
We are currently only offering GPS compatibility. Carbon Fiber frame allows for in-frame GPS mounting. We have mounting slots in the top tube of our frames for embedding GPS units up to 70mmx35mmx25mm. We are exploring pre-fitted GPS services and will update soon.
If you want to switch from 3 inch to 5 inch tires, you can buy just the wider rear triangle from us, and install it on the frame. We will start shipping the triangle from Jan 2021.

Returns and exchanges

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the address provided to you in the email. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
● A 10% restocking fee + cost of shipping will be charged for all returns in excess of $700.00.
