Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit . Please see below for more information on our return policy.
- If an order is cancelled prior to shipping, a CC processing fees of 3% and a bank processing fees of $200 will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- For goods under $1000, a CC processing fees of 3% and a bank processing fees of $50 will be deducted from the refunded amount.
For Hydra Black and others with pre-built or reservation model:
- We commit your order with the supplier as soon as you make a reservation.
- Cancellations of reservation only will incur a 10% fees.
- Cancellations of order anytime after giving build spec (first payment post reservation) will be subject to 20% cancellation fees . The refund will be processed in 30 days.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
● A 10% restocking fee + cost of shipping will be charged for all returns in excess of $700.00.
● Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
