RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
CANCELLATIONS
- If an order is canceled within 1 week of ordering, a cancellation fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund amount.
- For all orders older than 7 days from the order date, we will not entertain cancellation since we start purchasing parts for your orders immediately. You can, however apply for store credit.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
All bike sales are final. We will provide the best possible options to remediate any defects under warranty. We will not accept complete bike returns.
WARRANTY PROCESS
All components under warranty can be replaced or repaired by submitting a request to support@wattwagons.com. Our technicians will reach out to you to inspect the situation and discuss the process forward.
